CANCELLATION POLICY

Hair and beard services must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance, if canceled within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the service amount. If you do not cancel and do not show up at your appointment, you will be considered a "no-show" and charged the full service amount. Color services must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance and may require a deposit.
